Who we are

ShippedCards ("we", "us") buys trading card collections. You can contact us at quote@shippedcards.com.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect your name, email address, details of the cards you describe, any images you upload, your message notes, the date and time of submission, and technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use the IP address and browser information solely for spam prevention and security.

How we use it

We use your information to value your collection, respond to your enquiry, arrange purchases you agree to, and protect our service from abuse. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (valuing and buying your cards), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our service secure.

How long we keep it

Quote submissions and images are retained while your enquiry is active and for up to 12 months afterwards, then deleted. If we buy your collection, transaction records are kept as required by law.

Sharing

Your data is stored with our hosting provider and sent to us by email. We only share information with service providers needed to operate the website, and never for their own marketing.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing quote@shippedcards.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies & local storage

We do not use tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember your theme preference and to save an in-progress quote form on your own device. Our spam-protection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set a functional cookie required for security.
